  • My order is damaged / I received the wrong size / I am not satisfied with the product / What should I do?
    Please let us know immediately. You can find our contact form here. We take care of it! It's important to us that you're all happy, so don't hesitate to let us know if you have any problems.
  • I don't like the products / the size doesn't fit.
    There is a 14-day right of withdrawal. Of course only for goods in original condition, that means for clothing unworn/unwashed. If you want to exchange a product/send a different size, please contact us here. Please understand that we are not yet able to offer free exchanges or returns if you don't like the product. If the product is damaged or if we have sent the wrong size, we will of course pay for the return and new shipping.
  • I chose bank transfer as my payment method and haven't received an email with my account details, what's going on?
    Please be patient :) Since we create and send each invoice ourselves, it can take up to 24 hours for us to send the email. But we try to be as fast as possible!
  • Problems redeeming a voucher?
    You can find our contact form here. Please send us your name and the voucher code including the voucher value and we will take care of it.
  • What payment options can I use?
    You can pay by credit card, Paypal or bank transfer. If you have selected "Pickup in Munich" as the delivery method, you can pay in cash on site. If you pay by bank transfer, you will receive an e-mail with the invoice and account details soon after your order.
  • How long does delivery take?
    Our delivery times are 2 - 5 working days for deliveries within Germany, 1 - 3 weeks for deliveries within the EU and 2 - 6 weeks for international orders. In rare cases, there are still delays due to Corona. Here is our contact form, let us know if you're waiting longer than expected for a package!
  • How much does the shipping cost?
    The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and displayed in the shopping cart. You can choose between "normal shipping", i.e. without tracking, and "insured shipping", with tracking. Certain products, such as jewellery and all international orders are only shipped insured. Please note that, for orders from outside the EU, customs duties may apply. These charges are usually collected by the delivery company before the order is shipped. If the fees are not paid, the delivery will be returned to us. In this case, we will of course refund the order value, but not the shipping costs.
  • Why don't you ship to Austria & France?
    Due to the high packaging licensing fees in Austria and France, Matttma no longer offers shipping to these countries. Despite these bureaucratic obstacles, there are ways you can still receive our products. Please contact us via e-mail (matttma@gmx.de) or via the contact form and we will find a satisfactory solution.
